	Assistance with contacting dependable wedding vendors as needed and reviewing all vendor contracts Placing of orders for all needed equipment(tables.chairs,etc.) Scheduling of the wedding day including site inspections with you of your event location. Menu planning and invitations. Coordination with all vendors to confirm details prior to wedding date Coordination of the wedding rehersal-if needed Assistance with transportation schedules and needs on your wedding day
	In addition to the services provided in "The Celebration" package, the following are also included: Coordination of the set-up of Ceremony and Reception Sites Including the set-up of seating cards, favors, guest book. toasting flutes. etc. Coordination of all client needs and event details with each vendor Provision of printed schedules for each vendor Greeting and directing of guests upon arrival Coordination of successful timing and flow of ceremony Packing and loading of all clients personal belongings at the end of reception Professional handling of any emergencies.
