  • Coordination of the set-up of Ceremony and Reception Sites Including the set-up of seating cards, favors, guest book. toasting flutes. etc.
  • Coordination of all client needs and event details with each vendor
  • Provision of printed schedules for each vendor
  • Greeting and directing of guests upon arrival
  • Coordination of successful timing and flow of ceremony
  • Packing and loading of all clients personal belongings at the end of reception
  • Professional handling of any emergencies.
